RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We hope you are happy with the items you purchased at MYKI ONLINE SHOP, but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchased, there is no problem. You can return or replace any item. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back.
Before you send your items back to us you please contact our customer service: email@example.com ,You will then receive return instructions by email. Do not send anything without contacting us first, as this may lead to longer handling time and delayed refunding.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size or new item base on stock availability upon receipt.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any unwanted items must be shipped /post mark within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, not worn, used, or washed, modified, or damaged.
The identification tag must be still attached to the item
Your refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for order immediate after receiving your return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
